Sweets For My Sweet

February is the month of love, and what could warm up these chilly February days more than one of our handmade cakes? Especially when it’s given with a hug. We make all our cakes by hand because we love what we do, so pick up one of our Mini pink boutique cakes (from Waitrose and Dunnes) to light up a grey day – and perhaps even turn it pink – for someone you love this Valentine’s month. 

The happily single among us are taking Thursday 13th February’s Galentine’s Day as the year’s most perfect excuse for a Girl Dinner. All the single ladies choose (of course) Fiona Cairns fairy cakes for dinner, either in chocolate or golden sponge, along with a bottle of world-renowned English sparkling wine from Nyetimber, or a nice cup of tea. That’s all the important food groups covered. Both make the perfect addition to any girls dinner tablescape and both available in Waitrose.
